Ocean Terminal is an accessible building. Disabled parking spaces are located on Level C & E of the Multi Story Car Park - these levels offer direct access to the mall. Lifts are located at the car park plus there is a lift located within the mall along-with escalators to access each floor.

Mobility Assistance
Mobility services are available at Ocean Terminal. You can hire wheelchairs and scooters for free but you do need to register to access the service – this can be done on the day of your visit. Proof of name and address are required. To request use of this service, please call our team on 0131 475 9400 and the mobility aid will be brought to you. When you are ready to leave, you just call again to arrange for the mobility aid to be collected from you.

Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are located within both our Ground Floor and First Floor toilet facilities. A radar key is required for access to the 1st floor facilities.

Changing Places Facility
Our Changing Places facility is located within our Ground floor toilets next to the main entrance and is accessed via Radar Key. This facility offers more space and the right equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist, for those who need it.

Assistance Dogs
Guide / assistance dogs are permitted inside Ocean Terminal. No other animals may be brought into the centre. There is a dog creche located at the centre suitable for small & medium sized dogs. Find out more on this service HERE.
