Customer Services


Please note that we do not currently have a manned Customer Service Desk due to safety measures in place for COVID-19.  We will have a roaming Customer Service Ambassador plus our public safety officers will be available to seek assistance from if required.

Wheelchair/scooter hire is currently not available. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and reinstated as soon as we are safely able to do so.

Available at the Customer Service Desk on the ground floor at the main entrance:

  • Wheelchair/scooter hire: Customers must sign up to use this free service. Proof of name and address is required.
  • Push Chairs (Photographic ID plus £20 returnable deposit or non-photographic ID plus £40 returnable deposit required)
  • Children’s Buggy Cars: For approx. age 2-5years (parent/ guardian discretion), £3 for 2 hours use, £5 for all day use. A £5 deposit will also be taken, returnable when the buggy is returned.

Parent & Child Facilities

A Parent & Child Suite is located on the second floor of Ocean Terminal, next to Frankie & Benny's.

The closest lift to this is from the Red Car Park, behind The Boardwalk on the ground floor and Marks & Spencer’s Simply Food on the first floor.

All toilet facilities contain baby changing facilities with the exception of the ground floor male toilets – health & safety guidelines currently prevent this facility being installed here.

Debenhams also have baby changing facilities in the store.
