Santa's Grotto

Santa is back in his festive cabin this year offering a magical festive experience from 30th November! Santa is very much looking forward to seeing all the good girls and boys to find out what is on their Christmas wish list.

Tickets cost £5.50 per child and must be booked online in advance. This includes an age appropriate gift plus you can take as many photos/videos as you would like.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance – 5min slots are available and you can book up to 3 children in a 5min slot. 

- RELAXED SESSION

We've included some relaxed sessions with extra time for those who have additional needs.

There are 10mins sessions available between 12noon and 12.30 & 4.30 and 5pm on 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th & 21st December. 

You can add additional info during the booking process that we can pass on to Santa and his team to help us make the visit as enjoyable as possible.

- EVENING SESSION

This year we've added an evening session on 8th & 15th December between 6pm and 7pm. We'll add some more slots if there is demand.

 - ON THE DAY

The Grotto is located on the 1st floor balcony, accessed via Ocean's Cafe which is opposite Build A Bear.

Please arrive no more than a couple of minutes before your allotted time.

Please bring your ticket with your QR code on it. This can be on your phone or printed.

Take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Santa’s Grotto is wheelchair accessible. Please advise us of any special requirements before your visit when you purchase your tickets.

 - TERMS

Your ticket is only valid for the date and time specified on your email confirmation.

Every child or baby booked at Santa’s Grotto requires a ticket – gifts are age appropriate.

The maximum number we can accept in a 5- minute time slot is two adults and three children. You only pay for children.

No refunds are given however you can amend your booking to another available date/time. A refund may be possible if requested in advance by email to reception@oceanterminal.com

If we are required to close the Grotto, a full refund will be issued.

Presents cannot be exchanged either during or after the Santa’s Grotto experience.

Your child will receive a present deemed suitable for the age given when purchasing tickets.
