Santa will be here, spreading Christmas cheer from Thursday 4th December! He is very much looking forward to seeing all
the good girls and boys to find out what is on their Christmas wish list. Santa's festive cabin will be on the 2nd floor, opposite Vue Cinema.
Tickets cost £6.50 per child and must be booked online in
advance. This includes an age appropriate gift plus you can take as many
photos/videos as you would like.

Dates: Thurs 4th -Sun 7th December, Thurs 11th - Sun 14th December, Thurs 18th - Wed 24th December

Tickets must be purchased online in advance – 5min slots are available and you can book up to 3 children in a 5min slot.
- RELAXED SESSION
We've included some relaxed sessions with extra time for those who have additional needs.
There are 10mins sessions available at the beginning and end of the day on 4th, 11th, & 18th December.
You can add additional info during the booking process that we can pass on to Santa and his team to help us make the visit as enjoyable as possible. Please only book these sessions if required, Santa and his team will always make accommodations during any visit, just make the elf know on arrival.
The Grotto is located indoors on the 2nd floor, opposite Vue Cinema.
Please arrive no more than a few minutes before your allotted time.
Please bring your ticket with your QR code on it. This can be on your phone or printed.
Take as many photos as you’d like during your visit!
Santa’s Grotto is wheelchair accessible. We're happy for you to let us know of any special requirements before your visit by emailing reception@oceanterminal.com
Your ticket is only valid for the date and time specified on
your email confirmation.
Every child or baby booked at Santa’s Grotto requires a
ticket – gifts are age appropriate.
The maximum number of children we can accept in a 5- minute time slot is three children. Please book consecutive slots if you are booking for more than 3 children.
You can amend your booking to
another available date/time or transfer your tickets to someone else, this can be done via Citizen Tickets.
If we are required to close the Grotto, a full refund will
be issued.
Presents cannot be exchanged either during or after the
Santa’s Grotto experience.
Your child will receive a present deemed suitable for the
age given when purchasing tickets.
