Level X, the immersive gaming and entertainment leisure venue will open their Gutterball brand at OT!

We’re excited to announce that a long-term lease has been agreed with Level X, bringing the popular gaming venue to the centre next year. The 29,000 sqft purpose-built, state-of-the-art venue will be adjacent to the ground floor entrance, amalgamating nine units plus the mall space between them. Work is ongoing making the space for them.

This will be Level X’s second Scottish location and we’re delighted that they are joining us and being part of the reimagining of the centre, offering a vast range of the latest and best games including bowling, minigolf, table tennis, karaoke, arcade games and a virtual reality arena. They are also bringing a roller rink to the space.

The commitment of Level X is a huge step forward in the journey towards a centre that better serves the local area and provides a destination that offers attractive leisure options with hospitality, shopping and community amenities.
