Following approval for Phase 2 of our redevelopment on 10th January, approval has also been given for a clean vehicle charging hub at the centre, powered by SSE.

The hub will be located at the front of the building, adjacent to the current red car park and comprise of six state-of-the art EV chargers powered by traceable, clean renewable energy allowing for up to 12 vehicles to be charged at a time, with two of the bays in the hub designated for accessible parking.

The ultra-rapid charging facilities of up to 150 kilowatts (kW) will allow drivers to get back on the road within an hour of plugging in – giving customers the opportunity to charge their cars while using the facilities at our redeveloped centre which include cinema and gym plus bingo and Level X family entertainment venue coming soon.
