Beginners Yoga Class
Wednesdays, 7.30-8.30pm (from 15th March)

Ever wanted to try yoga but thought 'I'm not flexible'? Good news, flexibility isn't what yoga is about! Yes, if you practice regularly you will gain flexibility but this class isn't just about that.
This is an hour of steady but strong flowing yoga, concentrating on your core muscles and foundational poses. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis as we take it back to the basics.
Yogi Jodie is a RYT200 Qualified teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring own mat (limited available to rent at £1)
All levels welcome
